Course feedback tool upgrade: New features available!
The new course feedback tool was successfully launched in autumn 2023. However, developing the tool is an ongoing process and some new features were installed to the tool this summer 2024.
When you start teaching your course next time, maybe you want to utilize these new features (or enjoy these changes otherwise):
- Consent question regarding five respondent limit is available in basic information sheet. Teacher can see the feedback report from the course feedback tool even if the five respondent limit is not met (if the teacher has included the consent question to the survey and there are respondents who have accepted their answer visibility).
- Student numbers are available in the respondent list.
- The teacher will receive a notification 2 weeks before the end-of-course survey opens.
- The respondent will have confirmation question before sending the feedback.
- Possibility to respond to the mid-course survey.
- The teacher can copy the whole questionnaire from another similar survey the teacher has previously created.
Other new features are for usability and making the system more logical.
