How to become a sponsor?

All sponsors will be provided with space in the break area adjacent to the main lecture hall for presenting products and networking. Your logo will be placed on this website with a mention of the sponsorship level.

This year, we are offering the following sponsorship packages:

Gold

• 4500 EUR (incl. VAT 24%)
• 1/2-page ad in the digital conference program, printout, and website
• 3 registered participants to both days of the conference (incl. lunches, coffees, and the conference dinner)
• Exhibit table and an area of approx. 2.0 m x 1.5 m
• Place for a rollup and/or a small table in front of the auditorium

Silver

• 3500 EUR (incl. VAT 24%)
• 1/4-page ad in the digital conference program, printout, and website
• 2 registered participants to both days of the conference (incl. lunches, coffees, and the conference dinner)
