Interesting themes and topics included, for example, investment in forest education, research and capacity-building, product innovations and sustainable trade, sustainable forest management, capacity-building for good forest governance and integrated approaches to land-use. There was also networking between Finnish and African actors including meetings with the Private Forestry Programme – PFP (Panda Miti Kibiashara, a bilateral Programme between the governments of Tanzania and Finland) staff and experts. http://www.pandamiti.or.tz/
