Instructions and terms
Payment methods
- On-line secured credit card payment with one of the following cards: VISA, Mastercard or American Express through NETs credit card service company.
- Offline payment by bank transfer to the Aalto University Foundation. IMPORTANT – make sure that the reference number appears on the reference field and your name on the message field of the bank transfer.
- Online bank through Finnish banks (requires Finnish bank account – Danske Bank/Nordea/Osuuspankki/Aktia)
- Invoice – internal invoice only for Aalto University employees – at Payer Details, enter the institution/project code and PO.Box address of the paying project
Cancellations and Refund Policy:
- For registrations cancelled by October 2nd, 2017, full refund of the registration fee (deduction of an administrative fee of EUR 50), between October 3 and October 15 50 % of the fee will be refunded.
- For registrations cancelled after October 15, 2017, no refunds will be made.
- All cancellations for reservations made via this registration form must be made in writing to the Conference secretary by e-mail: mary-ann.wikstrom@aalto.fi
