this was by far the most discouraging part of the project that I have encountered since a long time. Ii have decided o use kinectas I wished to track depth and figure in 3d. I have worked with kinects in the past,, both versions, back in the days where working with a kinect only required to download a package from te unity pacag emanager. With trying to integrate azure to unityI have encounered so many obstacles which took a lot of time and energy from the overall project. In the end I am pretty sure I have installed all the correct SDKs, set up the correct libraries in visual studio and rewritten the code in order to use cude instead of the graphics card. and yes ,the graphics card is nvidia. However the kinect still failed to track the body. I have been thinking of using the old version of kinects, to gether with some old version o f unity, the process which i am more used to , however in theend I have decided to use TouchDesigner as the sofftware seemed to be worth learnign more about. With this decision I had to cut the project down significantly, however, it felt so nice when i sjust started touch designer and the kinect worked out of the box, i really dont miss unity with all the k4a errors anymore.
