This Policy of information systems usage at Aalto University concerns all members of the Aalto University academic community, other users of Aalto University information systems and Aalto University units. The usage policy also concerns all information systems and workstations located at the university.
When using OpenLearning service, please note the following:
- Your name is visible to all registered users.
- By default, participants enrolled in the same course will see your name, email address and optional profile information.
- You can hide your email address from other participants in your user profile settings.
- You can request a copy of your personal data or request personal data to be deleted using the contact details found in the Privacy policy.
