The paper presents available software systems for knowledge management (KM). It gives insight on what system to use in which KM activity, i.e tacit-to-excplicit knowledge conversion, tacit-to-tacit etc. It lists the features the systems offer to support KM activities. For example, in the collaboration services category tools are mainly for tacit-to-tacit conversion, and their basic functionality is to connect employees by providing a computer-based comunication channel.
