Ilkka Laitinen<\/strong>, Major General, Deputy Chief of the Finnish Border Guard. Laitinen leads the Border Guard Department of the Ministry of the Interior. He was the first Executive Director of European Agency for the Management of Operational Cooperation at the External Borders of the Member States of the European Union (Frontex) between 2005 and 2014.<\/p>\n
