Deadline for submission of abstracts is January 23. Please note that the deadline for submission of full &amp; work-in-progress papers is March 13. Late submissions will not be accepted. Earlier submissions are encouraged. After submission, the paper is put through a double-blind review process. The authors of full papers will receive comments from reviewers as soon as possible, but no later than April 17.
