Helsinki Airport
The nearest airport to the conference venue is Helsinki Airport (HEL), which is 19 kilometers from central Helsinki.
From the airport you can take the train to Helsinki Central railway station (the journey takes about 30 minutes and costs under 5€, departures are frequent). Walking distance from the railways station to the conference venue or Hotel Presidentti is approx. 10 minutes.

A taxi from the airport to the conference venue costs approximately €60. Finland has Uber and the price from the airport to the venue ranges from €35 to €60. Note that the number of available cars is limited.

Getting around in Helsinki 
Helsinki has a well functioning public transport system of trams, buses and metro. Tickets and routes can be found via https://www.hsl.fi/en
Walking in the city is also easy and safe.

Covid testing:

In case you need a covid test while in Finland, it is possible to book a test through the FINENTRY system (https://www.finentry.fi/en/koronatestaus/). In addition, there are several private service providers near the conference venue that provide a PCR test. E.g.,
