The network is organized by the Technical University of Denmark in collaboration with RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden), Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Lund University, Aalto University, Lule\u00e5 University, University of Stavanger, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences and Iceland University as well as VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd and Danish Institute of Fire and Security Technology.<\/p>\n<p>Main activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seminars on research and education<\/li>\n<li>Nordic Fire and Safety Days<\/li>\n<li>PhD student workshops and summer schools<\/li>\n<li>Researcher exchange<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In fall 2021, Aalto hosted a (online) PhD student workshop on the theme of sustainability of research.
