Liisa Ikonen, Elina Lifländer and Maiju Loukola (The Expanded Scenography research group and researchers in the Academy of Finland project “Floating Peripheries”) presented their artistic research projects – three installations – in the Research Pavilion #2: The Utopia of Access, located in Sala del Camino, Venice, in their exhibition “Night Pieces”. The exhibition was open during 18–27 August 2017 and organised jointly with the “Out 2” experimental film installation group. The Research Pavilion is created and hosted by Uniarts Helsinki, and realized together with the Norwegian Artistic Research Programme and the Swedish Art Universities’ collaboration Konstex in co-operation with the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and Zurich University of the Arts.
