We have now in total 90 registered participants. Registrations for Zoom-based participation are taken until Wed 24.11.2021 evening.<\/p>\n<p>Some notes follow related to (1) in-person participation and (2) Zoom participation<\/p>\n<p>(1) Related to in-person participation.<\/p>\n<p>While we are happy that we may organize this event and people can meet face-to-face, let\u2019s remember to do our best to prevent the spreading of the coronavirus. (i) If you have symptoms, please participate remotely via Zoom. (ii) We recommend using face masks (they should be available at the janitor). (iii) We recommend using hand sanitizer (should be available at the lobby). (iv) We recommend avoiding hand-shaking. [FYI: We have not received updated instructions from Aalto University related to organizing events yet. Anticipating some restrictions may come, we have checked that the number of participants is way less than half of the allowed usual capacity at the locations we use.]<\/p>\n<p>We will start at 13:15. It will be good to come somewhat earlier, so that you have time to pick up your name tag etc., and enter Ke 2 on time (note: we should be able to enter the room from 13:00 on).<\/p>\n<p>(2) Related to Zoom-based participation.<\/p>\n<p>We will have a Zoom webinar license in use. This means that participants can ask questions by writing in a Q&amp;A box (using microphone will not be possible). Chat function is available, but it should not be used for questions; it is rather a way to send a message to the organizers.<\/p>\n<p>You can write questions at any time during the event. The organizers will present your questions to the presenter at a suitable time. If there are many questions, it is possible that not all can be presented.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please refer to the event page for updates.
