Exactly forty-five years ago, on November 29, 1974, the first patent on Atomic Layer Epitaxy (FIN 52359) was filed by\u00a0Suntola<\/a>\u00a0and Antson.<\/p>\n

Today, the\u00a0Aalto ALD OpenLearning<\/a>\u00a0site\u00a0<\/b>is opened for public.
