Project done!

Solvalla snowshoeing

Well, what do you know. It was all done before we even knew it. The international Neptune project started on March 9 when we received 24 students from France, Italy, The Netherlands and Slovenia to spend one and a half week with us. It was a great project and we saw a lot of happy faces on Friday evening – smiles that got even wider after the delicious meal we had at Katri Antell campus restaurant in Otaniemi. At the dinner it was also time for thank yous and final comments reflecting the many events we participated and places we saw during the project.

Planning the new area

We sincerely hope everyone of our guests and partners also look back at the project with a smile. Check back for photos and share yours from Neptune on www.facebook.com/neptune2012helsinki

We were lucky to have our news items and student interviews published on aalto.fi and chem.aalto.fi. To make the most of it there will be one more revision of the technical output of the results. This will also be notified of during spring 2012.

Thanks once more and hope to see you all soon again!
